Tree House Barn
Tree House Barn is in a Conservation Area because of its close proximity to the Grade 1 listed Pitchford Hall and the famous Pitchford Tree House (the oldest tree house in the world).
The barns are set within the dairy cow grazed fields of Pitchford Park Farm, one of the three working farms on the Pitchford Estate.
Tree House Barn makes the most of the resources around the house. Water comes from a nearby well and renewable heating comes from an air source heat pump. Day time energy is most likely to come from the Estate's solar farm. We've also planted trees and hedges to improve the habitat around the barns and the bat box is on one of the gables. The Barn does not have wifi so enjoy a a digital detox, the silence and the stars.
Inside, Tree House Barn consists of two double bedrooms (one double bed and two twin beds) a contemporary open plan kitchen and oak panelled sitting room.
Both double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Like Windy Mundy Farm and Stockbatch Granary the internal spec is impressive with the kitchen by Metris, the bathrooms by CP Hart and the lighting is from the Barcelona based designer - Gema Povo.
Listed Pitchford Hall, Pitchford Church and Tree House are just a few hundred meters away from the Barn.
