The thousand acre Pitchford Estate is a dairy, sheep and arable farm with extensive woodland that lies in beautiful rolling Shropshire hill country. It is six miles south of Shrewsbury in one of England's most rural counties, Shropshire.
Windy Mundy Farm and Stockbatch Granary are two recently restored barns either side of a valley on the Estate that are now holiday homes.
Pitchford Hall and the world's oldest treehouse nestle aside the Estate but sadly, after a failed attempt to save them for the nation, they were sold in 1992 and an irreplaceable collection of antiques were lost. Unfortunately, they are no longer open to the public and the restoration programme appears to be dormant.

As the owners of the Pitchford Estate, the future of the Hall and its surroundings are important to us. We hope that this site will help maintain interest in Pitchford so that this unique part of Britain's heritage can be preserved.
We hope you enjoy it.
